  38. I'm running exactly the same setup and I'm having exactly the same
  39. problem.

  41. I phoned HP and they didn't have a clue about what the problem was.
  42. It's very frustrating. Like you, I tried every setup stiing
  43. imaginable, all to no avail.

  45. I have no problem with any other fax machine. The trouble is that the
  46. HP is the one at the office and, consequently, the one I need the
  47. most.

  49. Hopefully, the someone from HP will check this group and come up with
  50. some solution, but I'm not going to hold my breath on that happening.
